经后路切开复位椎弓根钉棒系统内固定植骨(PLF)手术不同骨源植骨在治疗胸腰椎脊柱骨折中的临床疗效分析

目的探讨和分析经后路切开复位椎弓根钉棒系统内固定植骨(PLF)手术不同骨源植骨在治疗胸腰椎脊柱骨折中的临床疗效。方法对进入该院行PLF手术的胸腰椎脊柱骨折患者50例的病例资料进行总结分析,按照术中植骨的不同骨源分为两组:髂骨瓣植骨组30例,同种异体骨植骨组20例,术后对患者的平均手术时间,平均术中出血量,伤口愈合情况进行统计,最后用统计学方法检验两组患者手术治疗结果的显著性差异。结果髂骨瓣植骨组平均手术时间(135.43±21.34)min,平均术中出血量(542.32±76.35)mL,伤口均I期愈合,与同种异体骨植骨组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PLF手术中髂骨瓣植骨骨源具有更好的临床疗效。

Methods in our line PLF surgery patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture 50 cases of cases material analysis, according to the intraoperative bone graft different bone source divided into two groups： ilium flap for bone graft group 30 cases, average intraoperative blood loss, wound healing statistical, and finally use statistical methods to test two groups of patients surgery of the results of the treatment of significant difference. Results the ilium flap for bone operation time 135.43 min ±21.34 min, the average amount of bleeding during 542.32 mL±76.35 mL, wounds are healing stage I, and allogeneie bone grafts are compared group with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PLF surgery ilium flap planting bone source has better clinical curative effect.
