The drug-induced kidney injury is one of the important aspects of the adverse drug reactions whose occurrence rate constantly increases, which have an adverse impact on the regular treatment and prognosis of patients. This paper summarizes the mechanisms of drug-induced kidney injury and introduces the common drugs that may cause kidney injury, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the drag-induced kidney injury according to the latest research progress at home and abroad.
