部分小麦种质中抗秆锈病基因Sr22的初步分子检测 被引量:2

摘要 抗病基因Sr22不仅抗国内流行的主要小麦秆锈病生理小种,而且对新型秆锈菌生理小种Ug99(TTK-SK)及其变异种TTKST和TTTKS具有很好的抗性。利用与抗病基因Sr22紧密连锁的SSR引物Xc-fa2019,对从国内外搜集的抗Ug99的小麦种质以及黑龙江省主栽小麦品种进行SSR分子检测。结果表明:从国内外引进的58份抗Ug99小麦种质中未检测到抗病基因Sr22;黑龙江省18份主栽春小麦品种中有3份材料中含有抗病基因Sr22,占检测材料的4%。表明抗病基因Sr22在黑龙江省主栽小麦品种中占有一定的比例,今后要继续加强Sr22在小麦抗病育种中的应用。 Sr22 is an important stem rust resistant gene, not only resistant to the domestic main stem rust races,but also to the new virulent pathogenUg99 (TTKSK) and its variants races TTKST and TTTKS. The microsatellite markers closely linked to Sr22 were Screened to be gene diagnose for resistant germplasm and varieties. Sr22 gene in wheat cultivars was identified by using a SSR marker Xcfa2019, the marker with good repeatability and high accuracy and could be therefore used for the identification of Sr22 in wheat breeding programs. The results indicated that 0 genotype carried the resistance gene among the 58 improyed resistant Ug99 wheat cultivars from abroad and domestic, and 3 genotypes carried the resistance gene among the 18 main cultivars of Heilongjiang, with a frequency of 4.0%. It reflected that Sr22 occupied a certain proportion in Heilongjiang main plant cultivars and it should be continue to strengthen use of Sr22 in wheat breeding program in the future.
