摘要
对保持架引导面误差引起的滚针歪斜现象进行了分析,基于滚针轴承的工作特点,分析了歪斜滚针进入承载区的运动过程及受力特点,并以弹性接触理论分析了歪斜滚针在承载区的接触及变形。结果表明:歪斜滚针进入轴承承载区的过程中存在轴向摩擦力,滚针歪斜角越大,摩擦力越大;外圈滚道对承载区的滚针有回复作用,随着滚针的回复作用,轴向摩擦力逐渐减小至零。
Analyze the needles skewing phenomenon caused by the inaccuracy of retainer guiding surface. By discussing the motion characteristics of the needle roller bearings and contact features of the bearing retainer with the needles, the motion and loading of the skewing needles entering into the load zone is analyzed. Contact model of the rolling nee- dies with the tracks in the conditions of skewing and the contact force between them are analyzed based on the elastic contact theory. The result shows that the skewing roller entering into load zone brings about the contacting axial friction force, the larger the skewing angle, the heavier the axial friction force. There is a return action to the roller caused by the outer raceway. With the roller recovery process going on, the axial force decreases gradually.
