摘要
目的探讨阿托品微量泵持续静脉泵入在治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒中的临床疗效。方法将45例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为2组:观察组采用微量泵持续静脉泵入阿托品;对照组采用常规间断分次按时静脉泵入阿托品。其他抢救措施及药物应用相同,观察比较2组患者的意识、体温、瞳孔直径、脉搏和临床疗效。结果观察组阿托品总剂量、反跳和中毒的发生率与对照组比较明显减少,治愈率为87.0%,高于对照组的59.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托品微量泵持续静脉泵入治疗急性重度有机磷中毒用药方法简便,易于观察和调整阿托品用量,减少阿托品中毒及反跳的发生率,且保证患者生命体征平稳,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of atropine injection using micropump in treatment of acute serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods 45 patients of acute serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were divided randomly into a study group and a control group. Atropine was continuously injected by micropump in the study group. In contrast, atropine was routinely injected at different points of time in the control group. Other management and medicine application were the same in the two groups. Clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was lower general dosage of atropine and fewer cases of atropinization in the study group than in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01). The curative rate was 87.0% in the study group, higher than 59.09% in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There are several advantages of continuous atropine injection by micropump in the treatment of acute serious organophosphorus pestieide poisoning. The application makes it easy to observe and adjust the dosage of atropine. It contributes a great deal to the promotion of the reseue rate and the decrease of atropism. It proves to be a fine regimen.
