不同年龄青海湖裸鲤肠道组织结构的比较研究

Study on Histological Structure of Intestine in Gymnocypris przewalskii with Different Age

为探讨不同年龄青海湖裸鲤肠道组织结构的发育规律,本试验采用组织学和图像分析法,对2、3、6年龄青海湖裸鲤肠道不同肠段的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度和肠壁厚度进行了比较研究。结果显示,随着年龄的增长,青海湖裸鲤肠道中的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度和肠壁厚度逐渐增大(P<0.05),其中6年前肠、中肠和后肠的绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度和肠壁厚分别比2年增大13.92%(P<0.05)、20.14%(P<0.05)、28.30%(P<0.05)和21.20%(P<0.05)。比较同一年龄的不同肠段,从前肠至后肠,绒毛长度、黏膜厚度、肌层厚度和肠壁厚度均逐渐减少(P<0.05)。结果提示,青海湖裸鲤在发育过程中,其肠道组织结构发生一系列适应性的变化,以保证消化吸收功能的成熟,且前肠具有较强的消化吸收能力。

In order to reveal adaptive characteristics of histological structure of intestine in Gymnocypris przewalskii at 2-year-old, 3-year-old and 6-year-old, respectively, the intestinal histological structure in different parts of intestine Gymnocypris przewalskii were measured by histological methods and Scion im- age software analysis. The results showed that the villus length,the mucosal thickness, the muscle layer thickness and the wall thickness were significantly increased （P〈0.05） with age increase, and the villus length, the mucosal thickness, the muscle layer thickness and the mucosal thickness were increased by 13. 92〈 （P〈0. 05）,20.14% （P〈0. 05）,28. 30% （P〈0.05）and 21.20% （P〈0.05）in Gymnocypris przewal- skii of 2-year-old compared with those of 6 -year-old, respectively. The villus length, the mucosal thick- ness, the muscle layer thickness and the mucosal thickness were gradually reduced from foregut to hind- gut. Above results suggested that the intestinal histological structure underwent a series of remarkable changes to perform its digestive and absorptive functions, and the foregut has a strong digestive functions in Gymnocypris przewalskii.
