随着互联网应用普及率的迅速提升,农产品质量安全网络舆情深度介入日常生活和政府公共管理领域,其社会影响日益增加,做好农产品质量安全网络舆情监测与响应成为农产品质量安全监管工作的一项重要任务。本文分析了农产品质量安全网络舆情监测的范围、机构、方法、机制和保障条件等,提出了规范开展舆情监测工作的思考和建议,以期为做好这项工作提供参考。

With the increasing easier access to the internet by the general public, opinions on agricultural products quality and safety have deeply influenced consumer＇s daily life and public management for government. In such cases, how to monitor and respond to the online public opinions has become one of the most important responsibilities of the departments for agricuhural products quality and safety. This arti- cle analyzed some important factors for effective monitoring of the online public opinions toward agricultural products quality and safety, in- cluding its range, related authorities, methods, mechanisms and necessary conditions. Meanwhile, it also proposed some thoughts on how to conduct this work properly.
