摘要
中国台湾地区的营养工作整体水平较高,体现在营养师队伍正规、专业水平高,营养法律保驾护航、营养组织完善、活动频繁有效、营养工作认可度高几个方面;中国台湾地区的营养工作涉及医院、学校、工厂、机关团体、餐饮单位的膳食设计、教育指导、供应监督及管理等方面。由中国台湾地区的营养工作反观大陆目前的营养工作,可给予我们很多启示。
The nutrition work in Taiwan was at higher level overall, reflecting in the standard dietitian team, and high specialization work, the protection of nutrition law, perfect organizational structure of dietitian, frequent and effective activities, and high recognition by people widely. The nutrition work included meal designing, education and guidance, supervising and management of meal supply in hospitals, schools, factores, government departments and organitions, and catering enterprises in Taiwan, which could give us a lot of revelation.
