摘要
实习生制度旨在锻炼学生的实践能力,积累相应的工作经验。为了解决实习生管理中的问题,企业应该逆向定位把好选聘关,积极培训,和职校实习生签订个人绩效合约公正考核。并利用绩效薪酬有效激励,构建心理契约,为企业储备优秀人才,实现实习生管理的双赢。
The Trainee system is designed to develop the students' practical ability and accumulate relevant work experience,in term of the trainee special identity,many companies treat trainee as cheap labor,ignoring training the trainees' competence.Moreover the trainees look themselves great and competent with their roles slowly,there are a lot of questions in the management of trainee.Enterprise should reverse orientation in recruiting,actively train them for competency,evaluate person performance commitment justice,make use of performance salary for effective incentive,construct the psychological contract to reserve talents for the enterprise,and realize the win-win management of trainee.
