Basic Mode and Safeguard MeasureAbout Higher Vocational College Teachers' Training in Enterprise

高职教师下企业锻炼是适应职业教育改革发展新形势、提高教师技能、保证教育质量的迫切需要,可采用顶岗挂职、调查研究、服务研发、第二职业等四种模式,需要政府政策引导、企业支持配合、学校组织管理、教师主动参与等四方分工合作,才能保证其实现"教师得到锻炼、企业获得服务、学生间接受益"的"三赢"目标。

It is an urgent need to adapt to the new development situation of vocational education,improve the teacher skill and guarantee the education quality for vocational college teachers to train in enterprise.We may adopt the following four models： taking a temporary post,investigation and study,service research and development,and the secondary occupation etc.It needs the government＇s policy guidance,enterprise＇s supports and coordination,school＇s organization management,and teachers＇active participation,thus making realization of the ＂three-win＂ goal,which is ＂the teacher obtains the exercise,the enterprise obtains the service,and the student profits indirectly＂.
