血清Fractalkine与急性脑梗死合并糖代谢异常的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死合并糖代谢异常时血清Fractalkine(FKN)浓度的变化,探讨其与急性脑梗死患者年龄的相关性及可能的发病机制。方法选取符合诊断标准的急性脑梗死合并糖尿病患者(DACI组)30例,急性脑梗死合并血糖调节受损患者(IGACI组)30例及急性脑梗死且糖耐量正常患者(NGACI组)30例。分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定3组血清中的FKN浓度,常规生化方法检测血清中血糖、血脂的浓度。应用SPSS13.0统计分析软件包进行统计学分析。结果DACI组、IGACI组和NGACI组FKN[(291.50±100.12)、(206.974-84.15)、(154.76±41.46)ng/L]和空腹血糖[(8.659±1.321)、(6.069±0.818)、(4.741±0.497)mmol/L]比较差异均有统计学意义(F值分别为23.32、22.51,p值均为0.00);DACI组、IGACI组和NGACI组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05);3组患者年龄与血清FKN浓度无相关性(r值分别为0.063、-0.149、-0.088,P均〉0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清FKN增高程度与其糖代谢异常相关,与患者年龄无关。应当重视糖耐量受损阶段,加强血糖的控制,减少脑梗死的发生。
