Simulation of Mixed-flow Assembly Line of Electrical Products Based on Flexsim

通过Flexsim仿真软件,建立了一条完整的电器产品装配线仿真模型,并对该模型的运行结果进行了数据分析,实现了对工位上时间消耗的统计和优化。

In this paper, using the Flexsim software, we established a simulation model of the complete electrical product assembly line, analyzed the result of the model, and realized statistics and optimization of the time assumption of the working positions.
