RPH联合外剥内扎加硬化剂注射术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔

The Study of RPH plus Milligan-Morgan procedures and sclerosing agent injection therapy in the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎加硬化剂注射术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的临床疗效。方法采用RPH联合外剥内扎加硬化剂注射术治疗混合痔130例(治疗组),与同期单纯采用外剥内扎硬化剂注射术治疗100例(对照组)相比较,观察治愈率、术后疼痛、出血、尿潴留等指标,评价其治疗效果。结果两组在治愈率和尿潴留的发生率上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在术后疼痛、术后出血方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RPH联合外剥内扎加硬化剂注射术临床效果确切,可以减少Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔术后并发症的发生。

Objective To study the clinical effect of RPH plus Milligan-Morgan procedures and sclerosing agent injection therapy in the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳdegree mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 130 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳdegree mixed hemorrhoids （treatment group） was treated by RPH plus Milligan-Morgan procedures and scler-osing agent injection therapy,100 patients（control group） was treated by Milligan-Morgan procedures and sclerosing agent injection therapy only, observe the cure rate, postoperative pain, bleeding,urinary retentionand other indicators, then to compare with each other. Results There was no significant difference in the cure rate and the incidence of urinary retention between this two groups （P0.05）,but in postoperative pain,bleeding, the treatment group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significance （P0.05）.Conclusion RPH plus Milligan-Morgan procedures and sclerosing agent injection therapy in the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳdegree mixed hemorrhoids was proved to be effective by clinical observation, can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
