基于财富标志视角的国际金融主导权演变研究

The Evolution of the Dominant Right of International Finance in the Perspective of Wealth Identification

本文基于财富标志的视角,对国际金融主导权演变进行研究。通过研究发现:国际金融主导权分别在荷兰、英国和美国掌握的阶段所包含的内容不尽相同,随着国际贸易、金融和经济全球化的深化发展而不断丰富和发展;一个国家要掌握国际金融主导权必须具备绝对的经济优势、领先的创新能力、安定的国内环境和强大的军事后盾等基本因素;一个国家掌握国际金融主导权是以强大的综合实力为后盾的,随着大国间兴衰的更替,国际金融主导权在大国间发生转移。本文认为,由于全球力量正朝着多极化方向发展,国际金融主导权有可能改变过去由一个国家独霸的情形,将朝着由多国共同主导的趋势发展。

This paper researched the evolution of the dominant right of international finance in the perspective of wealth Identification. The following conclusions could be gotten. When the dominant right of international finance was controlled respectively by the Netherlands, Britain and the United States in different stages, the contents were not entirely the same. With continuous development of international trade, finance and the deepening of economic globalization, the contents are becoming more abundant. A country to own the dominant right of international finance must have absolute economic advantage, leading innovation ability, and the stable domestic environment and a strong military backing etc; A country with the dominant right of international finance must take strong comprehensive strength as foundation, and the dominant right of international finance would transfer between powerful countries because they cannot always be the top one. This paper argues that, the global power is developing towards multi-polarization, and the dominant right of international finance may change from one country leading to multinational leading.
