摘要
目的 评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂 (PLE)肝动脉栓塞对肝海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法于 6例肝海绵状血管瘤 (CHL)的肝动脉内注入PLE ,观察其栓塞前后肿瘤直径变化、临床症状的缓解和并发症发生情况。结果 PLE栓塞后肿瘤直径明显缩小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床症状大部分缓解 ,无严重并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion(PLE) embolization to treat cavernous hemangioma of liver(CHL). Methods Six patients with CHL were embolized by intra arterial PLE. The changes of tumor diameter were measured and compared before and after the embolization. The relative clinical symptoms and complications were observed. Results The tumor diameter significantly decreased after PLE embolization( P <0.05).The relative clinical symptoms were significantly released. No severe complications happened. Conclusion It is suggested that PLE intra hepatic arterial embolization is effective and safe for treating CHL.
