电针对脊髓损伤后γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性影响的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 对大鼠脊髓损伤后的 1周、4周、8周测定其损伤处脊髓的γ 谷氨酰转移酶活性 ,观察电针对损伤后脊髓星形细胞代谢的影响。结果 ,在 1周时电针组与激素组比较疗效相近 ,与造模组比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在 4周时电针组与激素组及激素组与造模组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,电针组与造模组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;在 8周时电针组与激素组及激素组与造模组比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,电针组与造模组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。 Activities of γ glutamyltransferase in the injury region of spinal cord on the 1th,4th,8th week after spinal cord injury in the rat and effect of electroacupunctue on metabolism of astrocyte in the spinal cord after injury were observed.Results indicated that on the 1th week,the therapeutic effects of the electroacupuncture group and the hormone group were similar,but were higher than that of the model group with significant difference (P<0 05);on the 4th week,there were significant difference in therapeutic effect as the electroacupuncture group compared with the hormene group (P<0 05),or the hormone group compared with the model group (P<0 05) and as the electroacupuncture group compared with the model group (P<0 01);on the 8th week,there was significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the hormone group,between the hormone group and the model group (P<0 05) and between the electroacupuncture and the model group (P<0 01).It is proved that electroacupuncture can promote repair of spinal cord injury.
