简要介绍了质量风险管理的概念和主要做法,针对油品销售企业的实际,以某省油品销售企业油品质量风险管理为例,具体介绍了管理全过程各环节的质量风险描述和评估、风险测算、风险控制,以及风险审核循环管理的内容,以及时发现问题,不断改进油品质量管理。
Applying risk management technology, according to the seriousness,possibility and detectable degree(recognition degree) of oil quality incidents,the risks in the whole process of oil purchase, sales,storage and transportation were evaluated so as to distinguish hidden danger of quality safety,develop quality risk control measures,perfect quality safety prevention system,and then to minimize the occurrence of quality incidents.
