摘要
基于HyperWorks商业软件,利用连续体拓扑优化技术对某折叠翼结构进行结构设计。该设计问题以折叠翼翼梢部分的单元相对密度和蒙皮厚度作为设计变量,以结构应变能最小作为结构优化目标,包含质量约束和单元应力约束。根据通过拓扑优化得到的最优结构拓扑形式重新进行建模和分析,得到满足刚度和强度要求的折叠翼结构。
A folding wing structure was designed by using continuum structural topology optimization based on commercial software HyperWorks.The design variables of the optimization problem contain the relative element density of the tip part of the folding wing and the thickness of the skin.The objective is to minimize the compliance of the whole structure,including mass and stress constraints.According to the optimal topology obtained by using topology optimization,the structure of the tip is reconstructed.The analysis results of the structure show that the structure satisfies requirements of stiffness and strength.
