摘要
为解决火箭发动机地面静止试验无法准确获得推力的问题,提出了一种简单易行的推力加速度补偿修正方法,即直接对推力测试数据二阶求导,乘以系数Ka以获得动架加速度对推力曲线的影响部分;然后与原始推力测试数据求和。文中用该方法对短时大推力发动机和脉冲爆震发动机的推力数据进行了补偿验证,效果明显。
In order to solve the problem of the thrust measurement curve vibration,a new method to compensate the thrust measurement of rocket engine was provided.First,second derivative of the thrust-time data was obtained directly;second,the value was multiplied by the coefficient Ka to obtain the acceleration part of the thrust measurement,then two parts were summed in order to get the compensatory thrust data.The new method was validated by two kinds of engines: the short and great thrust rocket motor and pulse detonation engine.
