响应面法优化氧化剂与混凝剂联合处理生活垃圾渗沥液工艺

Optimization of Domestic Waste Leachate Combined Treatment Process with Oxidant and Coagulant by Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以渗沥液生物尾水为研究对象,利用色谱-质谱联机(GC-MS)检测其中有机物种类,考察在预氧化+絮凝的联合作用下,渗沥液中难降解有机物的去除效果。结果表明:渗沥液生物尾水中的主要有机物为芳香烃、酚类、环境激素类和遗传毒性类等有机污染物。在单因素实验的基础上,用响应面分析法设计和优化高锰酸钾和三氯化铁联合处理过程,优化结果为pH 5.8、三氯化铁投加量900 mg/L、高锰酸钾投加量490 mg/L时,COD去除效果最佳。经3次重复试验确定,在优化条件下,COD去除率实测值为70%。 Taking leachate bio-effluent as the research subject, the kinds of organic compounds were analyzed by using GC-MS. And the removal effect of non-degradation organic compounds in the leachate was investigated under the combined action of preoxidation and floeculation. The results showed that the organic compounds mainly included aromatic hydrocarbon, phenols, environmental hormone, and genetic toxicity matter. Based on the result of single factor experiments, the combined treatment process with FeC13 and KMnO4 were designed and optimized by response surface methodology, and the optimum conditions were at pH 5. 8, the dosage of 900 mg/L FeCl3, and the dosage of 490 mg/L KMnO4. Under the conditions, the maximum COD removal of 70% was obtained by triplicated repeated tests.
