摘要
建立客观实用的配电网评估指标体系可为电网建设提供重要的决策依据。以现行的国家电网公司《城市配电网运行水平和供电能力评估导则》和《南方电网配电网评价指标体系(征求意见稿)》两大评估指标体系为典型,从指标体系、指标得分标准、权重设置和差异适应性方面进行了配电网评估指标体系的分析研究,提出了改进建议。开发了一套图形化电网综合评估软件,为电网评估工作进入常态化提供了必要条件。通过算例说明了本文提出改进建议和开发软件的实用性。
Establishment of practical index evaluation systems decision-making foundation as for power grid construction for electric distribution network can provide Two index evaluation systems of State Grid Corporation of China and Southern Power Grid Corp as the basic evaluation system, the paper studies index systems, index grading standards, weight setting and difference adaption of the evaluation system, and proposes some improvement. A graphical software for the electric distribution network evaluation is developed which makes the work for an electric distribution network normalize. The practicality of the improved integrated index, evaluation system and the developed software is illustrated through an example.
