中药水蛭对缺血/再灌注后脑细胞的抗凋亡作用 被引量:37

摘要 目的观察水蛭水煎醇提取液对大鼠缺血 /再灌注后脑细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法将雄性SD大鼠6 0只 ,随机分为单纯缺血 /再灌注组 (A组 )和缺血 /再灌注 +水蛭治疗组 (B组 )。插线法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞/再灌注模型 ,用流式细胞仪检测两组的脑细胞凋亡率。结果B组脑细胞凋亡率明显低于A组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且脑细胞凋亡的发生推迟。结论水蛭水煎醇提取液可降低缺血 /再灌注后脑细胞凋亡率 ,对缺血脑细胞起保护作用。 ObjectiveTo investigate the anti apoptotic effect of hirudo on cerebral cells after middle cerebral artery (MCA) ischemia/reperfusion in rats. MethodsMale SD rats (n=60) randomly divided into ischemia/reperfusion group (group A) and ischemia/reperfusion + treatment with hirudo group (group B).The MCA of SD rats was occluded for 2 h by inserting an intraluminal monofilament, and reperfusion was instituted for 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h (n=5 group B) respectively.Apoptotic rates of both groups were measured by flow cytometry.ResultsApoptotic rate of cerebral cells of group B significantly lowered than group A (P< 0.05 ), and the peak of apoptotic rate was postponed. ConclusionHirudo can significantly reduce the apoptotic rate of cerebral cells after ischemia/reperfusion, thereby protect cerebral cells from apoptosis.
