中文版节食信念量表在护士群体中应用的信效度分析

Reliability and Validity of a Chinese Version of Dieting Belief Scale in A Sample of Nurses

目的引入节食信念量表(dieting belief scale,DBS),并分析其在护士群体中应用的信、效度。方法通过正向翻译、综合、回译、研究小组评议和专家评议5个步骤对DBS进行跨文化调适,修订形成中文版量表。采取方便抽样,对某医院466名注册护士的施测结果进行分析。结果中文版DBS经项目分析和探索性因素分析,提取得到2个因子,可解释42.462%的总变异量。验证性因素分析支持量表的二维度结构:χ2=97.48,df=54,χ2/df=1.81,近似残差均方根=0.059,非规范拟合指数=0.90,比较拟合指数=0.92,增量拟合指数=0.92,拟合优度指数=0.94,调整的拟合优度指数=0.90。总量表及其各分量表的Cronbachα系数在0.602～0.712,重测信度为0.461～0.737。结论中文版DBS结构合理,在护士群体中应用的信效度可以接受。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a Chinese version of dieting belief scale （DBS） in a sample of nurses. Methods After forward translation, synthesis, back translation, research group review and expert committee review,a Chinese version of DBS was determined. Based on 466 valid questionnaires completed by a convenient sample of nurses from a tertiary hospital, the data of DBS were analyzed accordingly. Results The Chinese version of DBS reflected 2 dimensions by using project analysis and exploratory factor analysis which interpreted 42. 462% of the total variance. Factor analysis displayed good construction. Confirmatory factor analysis further supported this two-dimension structure （X^2=97.48,df=54,X^2/df=1.81, root mean square error of approximation=0. 059, non-normed fit index=0.90, comparative fit index=0.92 ,incremental fit index=0.92, goodness of fit index=0.94, adjust goodness of fit index=0.90）. The internal consistency reliability evaluated by Cronbach＇s alpha was 0. 602-0. 712 for the three subscales and the whole scale. The test-retest reliability was from 0. 461 to 0. 737. Conclusion The Chinese version of DBS has good validity and acceptable reliability.
