酸性氧化电位水替代75%乙醇用于皮试消毒的效果评价

Effect Evaluation on Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water Used in Disinfection of Skin Test Instead of 75% Ethanol

目的探讨酸性氧化电位水替代75%乙醇应用于皮试消毒的可行性,为选择更为合适的皮试消毒剂提供依据。方法选择医护人员、陪护及家属68人为受试者,将其双前臂尺侧皮肤划分为4个试验区域,其中1个区域为阳性对照区,其余各试验区按皮试区常规消毒操作方法分别采用75%乙醇、生理盐水、酸性氧化电位水进行处理,作用1min后采样,进行细菌计数,计算杀灭细菌数对数值,评价处理效果;处理过程中观察局部皮肤反应。结果上述3种制剂处理后均能显著降低试验区域皮肤的自然菌含量(均P<0.01);与75%乙醇比较,生理盐水的除菌数量明显减少(P<0.05),而酸性氧化电位水与之差异无统计学意义。以消毒效果评价,75%乙醇和酸性氧化电位水对试验区域皮肤自然菌消毒合格,生理盐水消毒不合格。酸性氧化电位水和生理盐水均未引起皮肤局部反应,而75%乙醇的皮肤过敏反应发生率为5.9%。结论 75%乙醇及酸性氧化电位水对皮试区自然菌具有较好的杀灭作用,而生理盐水仅起到部分清除作用,不可作为消毒剂使用;酸性氧化电位水不仅消毒效果良好,且无过敏反应发生,可作为皮试前消毒剂使用。

Objective To verify the feasibility of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water to replace the 75% ethanol for skin disinfection , so as to provide an experimental evidence to seek the optimal clinic-appropriate disinfectant. Methods Totally 68 medical workers, nurses and their families were enrolled in the study. Four test areas were formed in both forearm ulnar skin,with one area as a control,and the re-maining three districts were disposed by 75 % ethanol, saline, and electrolyzed oxidizing water respectively. Then we take samples from the skin after I minute, and culture them to count bacteria units to evaluate the disinfectant outcomes. Results The three kinds of disinfectant could significantly reduce culturing bacteria （P〈0.01）. The sterilization quantity of saline was significantly less than that of 75% ethanol（P〈0.05）. Disinfection effects indicated that 75% ethanol and acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water were qualified for clinical disinfectant,while sterile saline was not recommended for sterilization. Electrolyzed oxidizing water and saline did not cause local skin reactions,while 75% ethanol accounted for 5.9% of allergic skin reac-tion. Conclusion 75% ethanol to the skin test shows good natural bacteria killing effect. Saline can not be used as a disinfectant due to its partial clear effect, so acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water has a good disin-fectant effect,without allergic reaction, and thus it can be used as an alternative disinfection before skin test.
