摘要 目的探讨游泳对新生儿体质量及睡眠的影响。方法便利抽样法选择2010年12月至2011年10月在浙江省衢州市人民医院出生的100例无游泳禁忌的正常新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。比较两组新生儿的睡眠情况、初次排便时间及粪便转黄时间,并比较其第3天和第7天体质量增加情况及摄入奶量。结果对照组与观察组新生儿睡眠质量优、良、差的例数分别是18、17、15和38、7、5,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿排便及转黄时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组新生儿第3、第7天体质量增加量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿第3、第7天24h平均摄入奶量均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新生儿游泳有利于新生儿健康成长。 Objective To study the effects of swimming on neonatal weight and sleep. Methods From December 2010 to October 2011,100 normal newborns without swimming contraindication were randomly divided into swimming group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. Comparisons were con-ducted on the sleep time,first defecation , feces turning yellow time and the differences in weight gain, milk intake at 3 d and 7 d. Results The case numbers of excellent,good and poor sleep quality were 18,17,15 and 38,7,5 of the control group and swimming group , respectively. The sleep quality of swimming group was better than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The first defecation and feces turning yellow time of swimming group was better than that of the control group(P〈0.01). The weight gain at 3 d and 7 d of swimming group was better than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The 24h average milk intakes at 3 d and 7 d of swimming group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Neonatal swimming is conducive to the newborn health.
