摘要 电压质量对电力系统的安全与经济运行,以及电力设备的安全与寿命有着重要的影响。本文基于概率统计和矢量代数,设置电压偏差指标和波动指标,构建了完整的分时段电压综合评价方法。应用该方法分析了南方电网500kV典型厂站2011年8月的电压情况,发现了不同厂站的薄弱时段和不同时段的普遍特点,还分析了部分厂站电压水平相对薄弱的原因。该方法能提供精细化的量化指标,有助于各厂站针对不同时段电压调控的特点,采取不同的调控策略,进而提高南方电网电压质量,保障全网安全稳定运行。 Voltage quality is critical to the security and economic operation of power system and the security and life of power equipment.In this paper,the probability statistics and vector algebra methods are used to set voltage deviation and fluctuation indexes,and the multi-period voltage quality comprehensive evaluation approach is also built.Then,the voltage quality of CSG 500kV plants and substations is analyzed by using of proposed method,the common features of voltage during weak period of different stations and different periods are presented,and the cause of relative weak voltage level in some substations is also analyzed.The proposed method can provide accurate quantitative index,which helps for adapting different controlling strategies as to the features of voltage during different periods,and improve the voltage quality of CSG furthermore to guarantee the security and stability operation of power grid.
