摘要
根据南方供暖现状,提出将吸收式热泵纳入抽凝机组冷端,利用废热实现区域供暖的设计方案。通过对某300MW抽凝式机组分别进行纯凝与供热模式的变工况计算,将本方案与南方地区现有的电空调供热、纯凝机组发电方式进行比较,得出不同热负荷下的供热与发电节煤量,求得总节煤量。同时提出节煤率的概念,作为评价本方案节能性的指标,并得出节煤率随热负荷变化关系。最后,从电厂收益和投资回收期分析了纳入热泵后的电厂经济性,并将热泵供热方式与空调供热方式的居民花费做了比较,得出采用本设计方案对电厂与居民均具有良好经济效益的结论。
According to the current situation of Southern heating,a design that takes absorption heat pump into cold junction of a condensing power generation unit and uses the waste heat to realize regional heating was proposed.A 300MW condensing power generation unit was selected as an example to analyze the plan's benefits.Through variational load calculation under the heating and condensing mode in the 300MW condensing power generation unit,the design is compared between electric heating and power generation.Coal saving amount of heating and electric generation under different heat load is obtained and the total coal saving amount is calculated.Then the concept of coal saving rate is proposed and taken as the evaluating index of energy-saving.Finally,the profits and payback period are calculated as the evaluating index of economy in the power plant,and the cost of heating from air conditioning and absorption heat pump are compared.The results show that there is a better economic benefit for both the power plant and residents.
