摘要
目的 观察针刺治疗泪道功能不全之泪溢症的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 34例采用温针睛明穴 ,对照组采用西医常规疗法。结果 治疗组总有效率为 91.0 7% ,对照组总有效为 5 4.2 9% ,2组疗效经统计学检验有显著差异。结论 温针睛明穴治疗泪道功能不全之泪溢症疗效较好。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture therapy in treating epiphora due to dysfunction of lacrimal ducts. METHOD 34 cases of epiphora in the treatment group were treated with heat needling of JingMing point, while the cases in the control group were treated with the routine therapy of western medicine. RESULT The total effective rate in the treatment group is 91.07%, while that in the control group is 54.29%. Their statistical tests suggest a marked difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION Heat needling of Jingming point has a significant effect on epiphora due to dysfunction of lacrimal ducts.
