乐福至对大鼠血象及器官组织形态学的影响

EFFECTS OF LUVOS ON BLOOD PICTURE AND ORGANHISTOMORPHOLOGY IN RATS

目的 观察乐福至长期用药后对大鼠血象及重要器官组织形态学的影响。方法 选用wistar大鼠 ,口服给药剂量为 2 0g/kg、10 g/kg、1g/kg .d ,连续给药 6 0d ,分别在给药结束和停药 7d后进行血象及心、脑、肾等脏器的组织病理学检测。结果 三剂量组长期用药对大鼠血象无毒性影响 ,且显示有兴奋造血功能的作用。病理学研究未发现异常的毒性损伤性改变。结论 乐福至在相当于人用量 10 0倍时 ,对大鼠血象及器官组织形态学无任何影响。

Objective To observe the effect of Luvos on blood picture and organ histomorphology in rats.Methods The Wistar rats were divided into three dose groups and a control group.Luvos was continuously administered by oral route for 60 d.Blood picture was measured and organ histomorphology was observed respectively at the stop of luvos and 7d.later Results The three doses did not show any toxic effect on the blood picture,moreover,it manifested an exciting action on the hematopoietic system.No abnormal toxic lesion discovered was during pathomorphologic research.Conclusion Luvos has no toxic effects on blood picture and organ histo morphology in rats.when it is administered 100 times the clinical dose.
