高温对小鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究高温对睾丸生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法 选用昆明系雄性小鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为高温组和对照组 ,采用核固红 -结晶紫染色法 ,观察睾丸生精细胞凋亡数目的变化。结果 高温组睾丸生精细胞凋亡的数目 (2 8.2± 3.0 3No ./10个曲细精管切面 )较对照组的凋亡细胞数目 (6 .38± 1.4 1No ./10个曲细精管切面 )明显增多 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高温可触发生精细胞的细胞凋亡数目增加 ,造成生精能力丧失。 Objective To study the effect of hyperthermy on apoptosis of serpmatogenic cells of the testis.Methods20 Kunming mice were randomly divided into the hyperthermy group and the control group.The changes in the number of spermatogenic cells of testis were observed by means of the nuclear fast red-crystal violel staining method.Result The apoptosis number of spermatogenic cells was much greater in the hyperthermy group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperthermy induces an increase apoptosis number of spermatogenic cells of the testis thus causing a loss of spermatogenic motility.
