高职旅游管理专业酒店顶岗实习创新模式研究——以南京城市职业学院旅游管理专业为例

Tourism Management Specialty of Higher Vocational Education Research on the Innovation Mode of Hotel Internship

高职院校旅游管理专业基本实施"工学结合"教学模式,即校内理论教学与校外顶岗实习相结合,但学生顶岗实习工作存在多种困难。文章以南京城市职业学院工商管理系旅游管理专业酒店顶岗实习创新模式为例,探讨高职院校旅游管理专业推进学生顶岗实习的有效途径,以提高该专业实习就业工作的质量与成效。

Tourism Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education implements the teaching mode of ＂Work-study Combination＂ basically,as the school of theory teaching and practice teaching outside campus combination,But there are many difficulties in the work of student internship.This paper deals with the effective shortcut of promote student internships in Tourism Management Major in higher vocational institutes,taking the innovation mode of hotel internship of Tourism Management Specialty in Nanjing City Vocational College for example,in order to improve the speciality working quality and effect.
