摘要
目的 研究一种以电位溶出法测定人发中的铟、铅、锌的新方法。方法 在氯化钾 -乙二胺 -盐酸底液中 ,以银基汞膜电极为工作电极 ,用电位溶出法测定人发中的痕量铟、铅、锌。结果 铟、铅、锌的浓度分别在 0 .5~ 150 0ng/ml、0 .5~ 30 0 0ng/ml、0 .3~ 4 50 0ng/ml范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数依次为 0 .998、0 .997、0 .992。样品回收率在 92 %~ 10 1%之间。结论 本方法具有较高的精密度准确度 ,可望在临床检测中推广应用。
Objective To study a new method of determination of In,Pb and Zn in hair.Methods In potash chloride ethylenediamine hydrochloric acid solution,trace amount of In,Pb and Zn in hair is determined by Potenliometric stripping analysis with thin-film mercury on silver electrode as a working electrode. Results The analytical concentrations of In,Pb and Zn are 0.5~1500ng/ml,0.5~3000ng/ml and 0.3~4500ng/ml respectively,the stripping peak heights being well linearly related with the concentrations.The relative coefficients are 0.988,0.997 and 0.992 in turn.The rccovcrics range in 92.0%~101%. ConclusionThe method shows relative highprecision and accuracy.It promises exfensivw application in tests for clinical diagnosis
