针对我国科技出版领域愈演愈烈的学术不端现象,国家新闻出版总署采取一系列措施,加强对学术期刊的管理,并建立学术期刊编辑准入制度与学术期刊编辑责任追究制度。这表明广泛存在的学术不端现象与科技编辑工作有着密切的关系。出版领域层出不穷的学术不端现象,其重要原因之一是科技编辑缺乏有效的识别方法,以至于难以发现与判别学术不端行为。本文首先概述学术不端现象的类型及目前的应对状况,继而简述科技编辑方法论的原理,最后阐述了应用科技编辑方法论研究来判别学术不端现象的原则与方法。

In light of the worsen academic misconducts, the General Administration of Press and Publication take measures to strengthen management of the scientific periodicals, establish an Edit Access System and its Accountability System. It shows the close relationship between the technological editor and the academic misconducts. One of the reason that the academic misconduct appears continuously is the technological editor lacks of valid discriminating method, so as it＇s difficultly to discover and judge the academic misconduct. Discuss the topic on how to deal with academic misconducts ： first the sorts of that, then the counter measures, and lastly the principle and method for ＂copy＂ discrimination, which used the methodology of technical editing.
