The Historic Examination about Time and Space Utilized by Ruling Ecological System of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党执政生态系统利用时间、空间的问题属于系统的优化控制问题。回顾历史,总结经验,中国共产党执政生态系统对时间、空间的利用在大多数时期是做得比较好的。新时期的实践证明,中国共产党执政生态系统对时间的把握,对空间的利用,对时间、空间、物质、能量和信息关系的调控基本是正确的,系统的优化程度进一步提高,控制水平进一步增强,执政能力进一步提升。

The issue of time and space utilized by the ruling ecological system of the Communist Party of China is associated with that of optimal control.In reviewing history and summing up experience,the utilization of time and space of the ruling ecological system of the CPC were relatively fine in the most of time.The practice in the new period shows that the ruling ecological system of the CPC is basically correct in the controlling of time,in the utilizing of space and in the regulating and controlling of the relationships among time,space,material,energy and information,the degree about optimizing the system is greater,its controlling ability has been strengthened and its ruling ability has been improved.
