摘要
从20世纪初泰勒开创科学管理时代以来,管理思想的发展始终围绕着"如何看待组织中人的问题"而展开。不难发现,对人性持何种认知往往会成为不同管理时代的核心价值观与精髓。文章从不同管理时代的经典假设出发,对基于这些经典假设而形成的XY理论、超Y理论与Z理论进行了比较分析。研究发现,在管理时代的演化脉络中,管理价值观已从人性观向文化观转变,而这种转变的背后存在着一定的历史逻辑与关联。
Since the early 20th century when Taylor pioneered the era of scientific management, the development of management thought has always been around the issue about how to treat the human beings in organization. It is not difficult to find that different interpretations of humanity are always the core value and essence of different management eras. Based on the classic assumptions of different times, the authors have made a comparative analy- sis of Theory XY, Super Theory Y and Theory Z formed from these classic assumptions. This study finds that man- agement value has changed from humanity view to culture view in the evolution of management era and there is a certain historical logic and association behind this transition.
