摘要
通过海青铁路跨荣乌高速公路特大桥主跨64m系杆拱桥的大型箱梁内箱模板制作与箱梁内模整体安装技术的实践,验证了大型复杂桥梁箱梁内模制作及整体安装的可行性.阐述了内模支设及支架加固系统,形成了一套可以加快施工进度、降低施工成本的新型模板体系.通过与传统施工的经济和实用性对比分析,论证了大型箱梁内模支设体系与支架加固体系的先进性,同时分析了该方案的优点及目前存在的局限性.
This paper introduces the large internal formwork production and overall installation technology of 64 m span tied arch bridge,which crosses Rongwu Highway Bridge along Haiqing Railway. This paper proves the feasibility of internal box formwork production and overall installation of tall complex bridge, elaborates reinforcement of internal system and brace system,puts forth new formwork brace system, which speed up the construction progress and reduce costs. In contrast to the traditional construction from economic aspect,it also states the advances in internal box system and brace system,at the same time analyzes the advantages and limitations of the program.
