On the practice of foundation pit engineering at Ruihai Xinyuan,Qingdao,this paper analyzes the dynamic compaction and dynamic replacement of mucky soils. It also proves that the dynamic compaction and dynamic replacement is a safe method of foundation supporting,according to the effect of the dynamic compaction and dynamic replacement to slope reinforcement based on analyses and actual construction. It also discusses the problems in the progress of the dynamic compaction and dynamic replacement, offers basis and experience for design and construction of similar projects using dynamic compaction and dynamic replacement.
