摘要
单元幕墙已成为应用日渐广泛的新型建筑形式.为了探讨使单元幕墙的建筑效果完美实现的方法,结合某研发大厦工程中单元玻璃幕墙的实际施工与管理,从设计和施工管理细节入手,分析控制要点,对施工措施进行了阐述,最终确保了整个幕墙体系安装效果良好.加强设计和施工过程中的细节管理,可充分确保玻璃幕墙的建筑及使用效果.
Unit curtain wall as a new type of architectural form has widely been applied in normal construction. To study how to achieve the prefect effect of unit curtain wall,this paper studies the actual experience of construction and management of a development building, and analyzes the key points from design and details of management. The whole system of curtain wall in this kind of building functions well in reality. Therefore, raising the level of design and bettering the management of details in construction can ensure the construction and application of the curtain wall.
