高层住宅管道井内密集管线施工方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 现代住宅中,为了降低公摊面积,减少小区业主的经济压力,对管井、电井等公共功能室的面积进行了严格控制.同时,随着社会发展,小区业主对住宅功能要求日益提高,管井、电井内的管线种类日益增多,由此带来的矛盾也日趋尖锐,其中管道井内管线排布、施工的压力尤为明显.为了解决此问题,提出了几点解决办法及意见,其中包括纵深排布、集成化排布,以及前期预留相应计量表箱、采用新工艺等.应用纵深排布、集成化排布等办法将管道的管线进行了重新排布,解决管井施工中所存在的部分问题.管井排布所存在的矛盾,并不能完全由施工工艺解决.为了能够完全地解决管井排布所存在的矛盾,需要进行一次全面的改革,才能更好的将管井的功能完善.新工艺的推广及新材料的应用已经迫在眉睫. In order to decrease the residential public area, and reduce the economic pressure for residential property owners, the area of the public function rooms as tube wells, electricity wells will strictly be controlled. With the social development, functional requirements of residential property owners are increasing so that the type of pipelines in electric wells and tube wells is increasing. It is brought in a sharp conflict, especially intensity pipeline arrangement, and construction of the pressure. Such advice and suggestions as depth arrangement, integrated arrangement, pre-reserved corresponding meter box and the use of new technology approach,application of the depth arrangement and the integrated arrangement to reset the pipelines are taken in the solution of the problems on tube well construction. It is proved that the promotion of new technology and the application of new materials are imminent.
