摘要
交易的治理模式作为具体的制度安排受制于作为制度环境的管制的影响。基于交易费用分析的视角,劳动力市场管制对交易治理模式的影响,会通过对社会交易活动总量及交易在不同治理模式之间的配置发挥作用。
The governance modes of the transaction as the specific institutional arrangement are subject to the regulation as the institutional environment.From the aspect of the transaction cost economics,the effect of the regulation of the labour market on the governance modes of the transaction will play a role by the total amount of the transaction and the allocation of the transaction between the different governance modes.
