School and village twinning is an important organizational form of new countryside construction participated by colleges and universities.It can help fulfill the goals of production development,affluent life,rural civilization,village neatness and democratic management.Related parties should innovate the ＂Three-in-one＂ mechanism of government leadership,farmers as main bodies,colleges and universities participation,expand organizational form of school and village twinning,perfect assessment and stimulation mechanism,build long-term effective mechanism,construct internal organizational system,and promote the improvement and development of school and village twinning.
