摘要
研究了一种含磷硅高分子阻燃剂(EMPZR)和聚磷酸铵(APP)对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃及力学性能的影响。当APP/EMPZR=20/15(质量比)时,所制得的阻燃PP复合材料氧指数达到28.0%,垂直燃烧达到UL-94 V-2级;与纯PP相比,拉伸、弯曲和冲击强度都没有下降;热失重分析(TGA)测试表明,阻燃PP材料在600℃时的残炭量为21.20%(质量分数),成炭率显著提高;扫描电镜(SEM)对残炭形貌的表征以及氧指数测试前后的阻燃PP材料的红外图谱分析证实了EMPZR和APP在PP中良好的协效阻燃作用。
A novel phosphorus-silicon flame retardant (EMPZR) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) have been used to improve flame retardancy of polypropylene (PP). When the mass ratio of APP/EMPZR was 20/15, the LOI value of flame retardant PP composites was increased to 28 % , and the burning grad- ing was reached to UL - 94 V - 2 ; polypropylene, the tensile, bending and impact strength of composites were no less than plain polypropylene. Its char residue was 21.20 % at 600 ℃ which showed by the ther- mogravimetry analysis (TGA) and a good synergistic effects of EMPZR with APP in the halogen-free flame retardant PP comoosites was nroved bv scanningelectron microscope (SEM) and FT - IR.
