摘要
针对短信业务不能解决阅读能力受限群体的使用问题,以现有的短信业务和语音信箱业务为基础,结合文本转语音技术,提出一种融合型的听短信业务技术方案,以实现阅读能力受限群体听短信的业务需求。按此技术方案,短信业务系统根据用户约定和服务策略可以把短信转换成语音留言后转发给语音信箱业务系统,用户可以通过语音信箱业务系统收听短信。
Short message service can not successfully support people with limited reading abilities to understand the received short messages. In this paper, a new converged message service solution, which based on short message service,voice mail service and text to speech technologies, is introduced to help those who listen to the received short messages. According to this solution, a short message service system can convert short messages to voices and forward the converted voices to a voice mail service system subject to users＇ preferences and service policies, then the user can listen to the short messaqes via the voice mail service system.
