摘要
导乐式分娩 70例与对照组 70例经对比分析 ,得出导乐分娩可使产程缩短 ,产后出血量减少。认为导乐式分娩是促进产时服务模式转变的一项适宜技术 ,能保护和支持自然分娩 ,使母婴更安全、更健康 ,值得推广使用。
Laboring by Doula mode for 70 cases and contracting with 70 cases.The method of Doula mode can shorten birth process and decrease postpartum hemorrhage and improve emotional instability.Doula mode is a suitable technology that promoted the change of delivery service.It can protect and support spontaneous labor to make mother and infant more safety and healthy.
