摘要
本文对1100MW核电发电机的通风冷却系统进行详细的说明,并指出通风冷却系统的若干设计特点。工厂型式试验结束后,对本台发电机通风冷却系统涉及到的关键参数,如发电机风量、风扇静压升、关键部位静压值、定子线圈流量及温升、引线以及出线套管部分的流量和温升等,均与试验值进行对比分析。结果表明,试验值基本符合设计预期,与设计值偏差控制在合理范围内,并保留一定的温升裕度,通风冷却系统可以满足发电机的长期、可靠运行。
This paper describes the ventilation generator in details. After the factory test, some differential pressure of the blower, static pressure and cooling system of llOOMW nuclear turbo key parameters such as total volume flow, static in some key points, flow and temperature rise in the stator winding, flow and temperature rise in the lead and bushing were compared with the design value. The results show that the test values are very close to the design values, and the ventilation and cooling system can meet the requirements of long-time and safe operation for the turbo generator.
