摘要
葛洲坝电站21台大型轴流转桨式水轮发电机组具有良好的工作性能,但运行已经超过30年,机组设备开始出现老化。随着三峡电站的投入运行,其在峰荷运行时下泄流量超过葛洲坝电站的满出力流量,葛洲坝电站被迫弃水。为使三峡-葛洲坝发电流量匹配,避免大量弃水,同时更新老化设备,葛洲坝电站对3号机组进行了增容改造。本文对改造后机组的运行稳定性进行了分析,为葛洲坝其余机组及同类机组的改造工作提供参考。
Though the 21 Kaplan turbine units of GZB PP had satisfactory performance, after 30 years' running, their parts are aging. TGP has been completed and is in operation, its Peak Regulation Water is much more than the water for power generation in GZB, so the spare water has to be abandoned. In order to avoid abandonment of spare water and replace the aging turbine units, GZB PP upgraded the turbine unit three. Stabilities of No.3 unit after the upgrading is analyzed in this paper, providing some references for the rest of turbine units in GZB PP and other units similarly.
