较全面阐述了两岸有机农业法规演变及发展情况,着重从两岸有机农业法规的构架体系、管理体系及主要内容等方面对两岸有机农业主要法规进行了分类比较分析,较全面系统地研究了海峡两岸有机农业法规体系。

In this paper, the evolution and development of organic agricultural legislations between both sides of the Taiwan strait were comprehensively expounded, the comparative analysis of legislations was emphasized from the aspects such as the framework system, management system and the main content. The organic agricultural legislations between both sides of the Taiwan straits were researched systematically in this paper.
