老年人非典型蛛网膜下腔出血误诊分析

ANALYSIS ON THE REASON OF MISDIAGNOSIS IN AGED PATIENTS WITH ATYPICAL SUBARACHNOID HEMORRHAGE

老年人蛛网膜下腔出血症状不典型时易造成误诊误治 ,本文报告了 16例老年人蛛网膜下腔出血的误诊情况并进行了分析。结果提示 ,当症状不典型致诊断不十分明确时 ,有关的辅助检查十分重要。

It is easy to misdiagnose and mistreat in aged patients with atypical subarachnoid hemorrhage.In this paper,we have reported and analyzed the situations of misdiagnosis in 16 cases of elder patients who suffered from subarachnoid hemorrhage.It is important for selecting supplementary inspection when the symptom is atypical or the diagnosis is hard to take.
