Progress,Problems and Countermeasures of Information Sharing among Colleges and Universities in Anhui

安徽省高等学校信息公开从无到有,整体水平稳步提高,但存在意识相对淡薄、进展尚不均衡、内容质量不高、渠道不够畅通等问题。主要原因在于认识不足、立法层次较低、监督保障不力。要转变思想观念,增强高等学校信息公开意识;加强组织领导,落实高等教育信息公开责任;加强制度落实,规范高等学校信息公开流程;加强载体建设,完善高等学校信息公开渠道;加强监督检查,确保高等学校信息公开实效。

Information sharing among colleges and universities in Anhui has grown from nothing and promoted its overall level,but problems also exist such as disordered consciousness,imbalanced development,inferior quality and impeded channels.Insufficient recognition,low legislation level and weak supervision are the major reasons.We should transform our ideas and raise our consciousness of information sharing,enhance the leadership,fulfill the responsibility of information sharing of higher education,carry out systems,standardize information sharing,enhance carrier construction,perfect the channels,tighten the supervision and ensure the effectiveness of information sharing among colleges and universities.
