摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化了超声波提取万寿菊(Tagetes erecta L.)木犀草素的工艺条件.结果表明,超声波法提取万寿菊中木犀草素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度62.3%,料液比1∶43,提取时间30.2min.在此工艺参数下,木犀草素的得率为2.22%.
Based on the single-factor experiments,response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions of luteolin from marigold flower. The optimal extrac- tion conditions were as follows: Ethanol concentration was 62. 3%, solid-solvent ratio was 1 : 43, and extraction time was 30.2 min. The predicted value of extraction rate of luteolin was 2.22 %.
